今年に入って3回目の転職を経験した
I changed jobs for the third time this year.

長年に渡り「設備管理」「人材管理」をしてきて気づいたことがある
There is something I have noticed after doing "equipment management" and "human resource management" for many years

「設備管理」も「人材管理」も同じだと言うこと
Saying that "equipment management" and "human resource management" are the same

実にシンプルだった
It was really simple.

誰かが言った「そこに愛はあるのかい？」って
Someone said, "Is there love there?"

そう、「設備管理」も「人材管理」も「愛」が大事だと
Yes, "love" is important for both "equipment management" and "human resource management".

「愛」のあるものは救われ
Those with "love" are saved

「愛」の無いものは救われない
What is without "love" cannot be saved

「設備」も「人」も愛のキャッチボールが大事
Both "equipment" and "people" are important to catch the ball of love

発達障害グレーゾーンと診断され不登校の息子に父は言った
Father told his son who was diagnosed with a developmental disability gray zone and refused to go to school

「愛」があれば大丈夫だよって
If you have "love", it's okay

息子はどのように感じたのだろう？
How did my son feel?

どんなことも「愛」が無ければ意味が無いことを
That everything is meaningless without "love"

早く気づいて欲しい
I want you to notice it as soon as possible

純粋な心を持って生れた子どもたちは、汚い言葉で汚される
Children born with pure hearts are polluted with foul language

子どもたちに伝えたい、どんなことがあっても純粋な心を持ち続けて欲しい
I want to convey to my children, I want them to keep a pure heart no matter what.

人を愛し、人に愛され生きて欲しい
I want you to love people and live loved by them.
